Very friendly staff and very helpful . Ideal location. Rooms first class everything anyone needs for a comfortable stay and very nice breakfast to set anyone up for a great day.Thankyou to manager Dawn Astle .

We stayed in a family room for 3, quite small but adequate. Nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. A super modern bathroom with walk in shower, so much better than having a bath-over-shower. Positioned in a very quiet area with thick black out curtains, ensuring a good nights sleep. ALL the staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful and eager to please. Good access to the M5

Cannot fault this place, room lovely, clean and spacious, walk in large shower, workstation and chair with foot rest, lots of channels on tv. Beds extremely comfortable with soft and hard pillows. Very quiet area and ideally situated just off motorway. Bar food good and reasonable plus two pubs literally next door that also serve good food. Breakfast enough choice always replenished clean and tidy. Look no further well done to all the staff.
