Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vineland Millville

The hotel it's self was perfect. My oy complaint is the front desk agent that checked me in was very snappy and quick tongue. I didn't get her name but her hair was blue and she wore all black. I felt I was was treated like I was bothering her,other than that my stay was comfortable as always.

Beautiful hotel, updated room it WIFI is awful. It is so unstable I keep having to reboot every few minutes. I cannot get any work done!

6 hours ago on Google This was a disaster. As the mother of the groom I wanted to book my suite the night before I needed to be there so there would be no issues. The manager Leigh said that would not be necessary that she would have our suite ready at 11am on Saturday assuring me that our wedding attire would not sit wrinkled our car for 10 hours. We had to be at the rehearsal dinner venue to set up at 12 noon on Saturday.. Our room was in fact not ready and would not be ready until 3pm the exact time of rehearsal. Which then caused us 6 additional hours of driving to get ready for Rehearsal dinner. We missed our only sons wedding rehearsal do to the incompetent manager. Would not recommend to a goldfish. We did not get to stay with our out of state/country guests and would have rebooked at a reputable hotel had rooms been available. There breakfast buffet was not as scheduled and the rooms were moldy.
