Wingate By Wyndham Voorhees Mt. Laurel - Deptford Area

My room was very smelly , I asked them to do something about it while I was at work. When I came back it still smelled. Also, I stayed 3 days 2 nights and was given a hard time over clean towels. On my second day I left the towels and rags in the hallways , when I returned I had none. When I asked the next morning , the front desk questioned me several time before actually giving it to me. In addition, there always a fuss about breakfast here now. My baby wasn't feeling good and I wanted to eat upstairs but there’s a sign that says I would get fees added if I take food upstairs. Finally, The last time I stayed in July the floors surround the pool were dirty like they did construction but didn't power wash after.

Pictures look wayyyyyyyy better than the hotel 1.Pool closes too early 2. Room only had 1 set of towels and wash rags. 3. Pool looked dirty 4. Hotel smells moldy and dusty

We had a terrible experience. Old and outdated. Sheets with stains. My expensive LeCoste shirt missing. Staff refused to help to retrieve my missing clothes. Will never go there again. Protect your belongings
