Plum Tree Inn Williamstown

I had a good experience staying at Plum Tree Inn. The room was clean and well-kept, which is always the most important thing for me. The environment was quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff was respectful and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and the check-in process was smooth with no issues. The location is also convenient, with nearby stores and places to eat, which made my stay easier. Overall, it’s a nice, affordable place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and comfortable. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

I did not like the room. It was unacceptable. He had black mold on the wall. I tried to reach out to the front office and no one will answer the phone or will come back to the window

The check in was fast. The front desk person did not greet with a welcoming smile. He seemed annoyed that we were checking in. They advertise a breakfast that was no existent. It worked out because there is a WA WA across the street. Room was clean. Shower was broken. Water got so hot I had to be careful not to get burned. The tub had some kind of coating to cover up a crack or a hole. Felt like we were going to fall through. The structure of the shower was not sound. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine. Check out was fast and easy. Not the best place I have ever stayed in but you get what you pay for. Good option for a affordable place to hang your head. I would not recommend for an extended stay. One night here and there is fine but not extended. They need to train staff to be more friendly and welcoming.
