QUALITY INN

The room was fine, and you could borrow sled for White Sands National Park. The stairs didn't seem the safest and they were fixing one as we were leaving. Breakfast had a good selection. Check out is at 11 but they cleaned our room before then(we hadn't checked out yet) and were told we couldn't use the shower or the room since it was now clean.

Handicap room. Bugs came in under room door. Water leak behind stool. Very poor shower, and probably not up to ADA standards! TV system totally outdated! Room was very damp and clammy. No tissue! Nice refrigerator Clean room. Won’t stay here again! Definitely not up to BW standards!

One of the worst stays of our lives! The room had an awful odor. The bed was uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe at all. The back half of the room sloped backwards so nothing was level. There were cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom when we got up. The linens did not smell clean but instead smelled musty. Chair/furniture was filthy. There were crumbs in the seat, on the seat and on the floor. There was hair on the floor and in the bed. Had obviously not been vacuumed in quite some time! The floor was so filthy my socks were black walking on it. The room was VERY small and hard to maneuver, the photo is not an accurate representation of the space. Standing in the shower you were always falling backwards due to the slope of the floor. Clearly an older building that has not been properly maintained over the years. Cleanliness is a BIG ZERO! Safety factor was questionable. Felt more like a local "rent by the week" hotel than a true travelers hotel. We did not sleep well due to the noise and we got up and left by 4 am just to get out of there!
