Barcelona Suites

Terrible experience. The stay itself was ok at best with the facility pretty outdated and in poor condition. The tile in the shower was stained and was pretty gross. Worst of all is that the hotel tried to fraudulently charge my credit card $950 months later without my consent of course, and when I went to the business to inquire about this issue and asked if my card can be removed from their system, the manager was very rude and all I got was "well, once you've used the card in the past, there's no way to remove it from our system.". Just wow and I never even got an explanation as to why they were trying to charge my card in the first place! Their website is non-functional and good luck trying to get a contact number directly to the hotel desk! Seems shady at best to me and I've filed a complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General's office. Wasn't even going to give them a negative review even though all of that took place, until I received the very rude behavior from the manager even though it seems that they tried to rip me off! BEWARE FOLKS!!!

This hotel was run down and the staff VERY unprofessional. I found out the mother and daughter duo is the managers of the hotel and they are no where near nice. After checking in I walked into a room that was already occupied. The next room I was assigned was covered in bed bugs. After notifying the staff I was told there was no other available rooms and I could check out if I didn't like my room. I checked out

I have an emotional support animal registered they took my 616 for the week 300 dollar deposit they kicked me out om the 6th day for having my dog now me and my dog are homeless and can't afford a place to stay -Mariah Valles
