Too noisy and night shift clerk was a disappointment, she smiled and greeted the first white ladies she attended too, and then when it was our turn to check in for our reservation, she was rude ,is it because we are natives. I think her attitude was uncalled for

The beds are super hard. The pillows are the size of throw pillows. Like square instead of a normal rectangular pillow. The walls are super thin. We could hear conversations quite clearly. So when the people upstairs were walking around. It sounded like a herd of elephants. We could even hear the TV next to us. No privacy. However...I will say that the hotel was spotless. Very clean. And my favorite feature was the water pressure. No problems rinsing my super curly hair.

Our stay was great from the minute we walked in until we left. The staff was friendly and efficient. The building and room was spotless, looked like it was new. The bed had a soft top that wrapped around our bodies with a firm base underneath. Very comfortable!! The bathtub/shower combination had grab bars. The furniture in the room and breakfast area was comfortable. The breakfast was had plenty of hot and cold food choices. We will stay here again if we need a room in Albuquerque again.
