Econo Lodge Inn - Suites Albuquerque Airport

Great experience at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze, conveniently located and easy to access. Parking was full, but felt relatively safe parking around back of hotel. Value was fairly priced, clean room and professional staff.

A perfect place to stay the night before or after a plane trip. Clean, quiet, and great service with easy parking. The overnight staff treated me with extra care.

Don’t stay here. The rooms are run down, not clean, and dated. The toilet was not flushing and appeared to be clogged when I first got to the room. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. So I went down to the front desk to inform them that the toilet was broken. There was nobody at the front desk and I had to ring the bell twice to get someone to appear (after a 5 minute wait). I told her that the toilet in my room is not working, and the employee offered to get me a plunger so I could plunge it myself(!) I just paid $100/night for this hotel room and the best solution I could get out of the front desk staff was to go plunge the toilet myself. She claimed that all the rooms were booked up so she couldn’t change my room, and she said that SHE was not going to go up there and plunge it bc she’s just an employee, so it was up to me. Are you kidding? Stay away!
