Classic hotel with all the amenties; beautiful large outdoor pool, indoor pool, separate bar and restaurant, large lobby. Excellent friendly staff.

By far- the best place to stay in Albuquerque! Amazing rooms, comfort, amenities (worth arriving a day earlier for Thursday Fajitas), but best of all, the people that work there. Antonia is one of a kind (sweet, accommodating). Thank you Crown Plaza— give Antonia a raise!!

Checking in was a complete joke. The woman at the front desk was either high or had some mental issues as she took close to 25 minutes per person to check in. It was so bad there was a line out the door of people, with reservations, waiting to check in. She didn’t explain where our room was, just handed us a map, and sent us on our way. Since it had been 50 minutes since we got to the hotel we were in no mood to push it. The room was 80 degrees when we walked in because housekeeping had shut off the room AC. By the time we went to bed the room was down to 76 and the poor AC unit was extremely loud to the point that we turned it off. The room itself was ok, no microwave or mini fridge, and the pillows were hard as a rock. We will never stay here again, period. Should have driven the additional 5 hours home that night.
