Hyatt Regency Albuquerque

We loved the room and MOST of the staff was VERY kind and helpful, especially Jacen, Ty, and Adriana at the front desk! HOWEVER, when we asked about extending our stay one night, MATTHEW (at the front desk) was EXTREMELY RUDE and LIED TO US by stating that the hotel was completely booked the next day. We were able to book the extended night through a third party app without a problem. And, of course, it was plain to see that the hotel WAS NOT completely booked the next day. We also heard MATTHEW yell at other customers who were standing behind us waiting to check in. MATTHEW was the only stain on our week long experience at The Clyde hotel.

We have been on a month long trip that covered most of the western states, and Albuquerque was one of our last stops. We decided on two nights there, and our stay at the Clyde was wonderful. An elegant hotel that brought nostalgia and memories of yesteryear with a modern twist. We absolutely loved our time there. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our waiter each morning at breakfast was Eduardo Martinez. He was friendly, helpful and just an overall good server. He started our days with joy. We also ate at the 1922 and food and service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. If we ever return to the Albuquerque area, we will definitely stay with you.

My stay has been wonderful! One of the most beautiful and well kept hotels I’ve ever stayed in, Ty checked us in and was absolutely lovely; so helpful and accommodating. We felt so welcome and comfortable.
