Microtel Inn and Suites Albuquerque West

Location is great the staff is better, very friendly very professional and helpful great atmosphere gas food and stores close by.

Room was OK. Bathroom was not. Needs renovation. Breakfast was a joke really. I've had many better experiences for the same price.

Don’t believe those 5 star reviews. Our first impression was when we pulled into the parking lot we noted that the room window screens were shredded and frames bent. This reflects poor maintenance. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. This place was filthy. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. No blanket just a thin (Very thin) bed spread. The showers didn’t drain. Breakfast was almost non existent. It consisted of bread for toast and cold cereal and milk. This was not any where close to what I’d call a Continental Breakfast. Wyndham Hotel chain should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place.
