I was not impressed with the extremely rude service at the front desk in the morning. The rooms were decently clean, and breakfast was as good as hotel breakfast can be. Our stay was just okay. I would only recommend it as a last resort.

We had bikes so stayed on ground floor. Had to ask them to tighten the extra door lock. Little 1/4 holes in at least 2 places in bathroom, the sink had no stopper, the sheets were thin/worn, decent bath towels, spacious eating area, the baseboard molding was MISSING from one wall. Everything needed updating. bldg side door would not close or lock. My neighbor picked this spot. Guess you get what you pay for. Front desk lady said gym under renovation - found out as checking out that the gym was useable afterall, but we were leaving...

Staff was attentive. But, seems they couldn't help with the management problems Carpet in room seem grimy. When was it last cleaned/shampooed? We asked for extra blanket after I arrived and was told they were out of them and I should come back in the morning. One of my bath towels had large areas without cotton. (Could see through the towel in large areas.) When I asked for a replacement they said they were out of them too and I should came back in the morning Elevator had missing button ( alarm?) with open wiring open in the missing button area. Seemed like the elevamtor needed a thorough cleaning (dirty corners and seemingly smudged walls [fingerprints]) They do serve a breakfast. But provide flimsy styrofoam plates and terrible, seemingly cheap small plastic utensils. No knives? I asked for a knife two days in a row and each day they said they had none . Hence, they only put out plastic forks and soup spoons for 2 days. (Hard to put butter or jelly on toast, etc. with a soup spoon.) Finally they put out some cheap flimsy plastic knives out on the third day. Knives were soft and bent easily. (Could not get butter out of its refrigerated container). While I was there they switched from decent napkins to smaller, flimsy - almost see-through - ones that seemed more like cheap thin kleenex than napkins.
