Holiday Inn Express Belen

Nice people. Good room. Odd that the hotel has 4 hallways one under construction. Which hallway did they put us in? Give you 3 guesses

Booked on Expedia for 5 people. Arrived March 20. There was no pull-out sofa and only 2 queen beds, so no way to accommodate 5. Was told the last cot had already been given out and that we could not change rooms because of Expedia's rules. Followed up with Expedia, and they said it is the hotel's responsibility to accommodate, not a problem with their listing. So monkey in the middle, and a night sleeping on the floor on couch cushions. Oh, and they're remodeling - you know how that goes - yay!!!!!

3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel as we’ve passed through the Albuquerque area. This is one of the best values in a hotel we’ve ever seen as it is clean, quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone passing through to Colorado or from Colorado heading to Arizona.. Five stars.
