RAMADA LIMITED GALLUP

I am a jewelry buyer. I frequently stay at this location and have always enjoyed my visits. This past visit-i left a bag of sterling jewelry. The housekeeper (faith) immediately returned it to the front desk (Alaia) who contacted me. I want to commend two people who could have easily stolen the items. So, i sure hope that Comfort Inn recognizes the honesty and hard work from these 2 ladies . Thank you

Do NOT stay here!! They charged my husbands card three days after our original stay and refuse to refund us! This place is sketchy as hell and so is the staff! They refused to talk with us over the phone AND in person! Horrible management!!!!!

Saw from previous reviews ( over a year ago) that renovations were taking place. Well, guess what. They are still progressing or not progressing. Back stairs was closed because of “ construction” . Not safe. Pool is still closed ( again, over a year). Had asked for extra pillows and front desk staff said they did not have any. In the entire place. When asked if she could get some from housekeeping, replied that the housekeeping closet was closed and locked and she did not have a key, and she was the lone person on staff. The existing pillows on the king bed were smaller than a standard pillow. Strange. Renovation looked like done on the cheap. Miniscule breakfasts area ( way too small for the size of the motel) had no coffee. Said it was broken. On the plus side, had a small fridge and microwave. AC ran great and the wall unit was just noisy enough to drown out the highway noise.
