Holiday Inn Express Hotels Grants - Milan

Big room, clean, nice pool and breakfast area with excellent breakfast. Beds are a little squeaky but comfortable. Perfect location to explore El Malpais. Pricey.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and courteous. One staff member in particular, Ms. Autumn, helped us with our every need. Her cheerful, customer oriented approach made her standout among all the staff. Thanks

The rooms were ok. They were very expensive though and not a good value. The sink did not drain and we had to request a bucket because it was leaking. Just routine maintenance for motels now. The breakfast was bad. One of the two toasters did not work. There was no fruit and no yogurt even though there were signs specifically designating where those items were to be. When asked, the front desk person said: "we run out of food by the end of the week." Well maybe go to a grocery store and get more until the next delivery comes!
