Nice, clean, good staff. We checked into a room and the tv did not work. The staff member easily moved us to another room after she checked to make sure the tv worked in that room. Location is next door to Applebees and you get a 10% off coupon from the hotel. Easy to walk there for dinner. Pool is small but clean. Property overall looks clean and tidy

Wonderful Stay! Clean hotel, room, and there were ample coffee supplies. Sometimes we have experienced only one regular and too many decafs. A special shout out to Cynthia. She was so helpful - professional, yet very friendly. She should be shown as an example when training others. Also, breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Thanks, Fairfield, see you next time!

Overall a great choice when in Hobbs. The hotel itself is pretty typical for a Fairfield but the rooms are much larger than typical. Unfortunately the hotel chose not to furnish the rooms to account for the extra space which has resulted in the rooms feeling barren and a little sad. The staff at this Fairfield though is truly stellar, you can tell they really care about their jobs. The staff really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home.
