Holiday Inn Express Hotel Suites Hobbs

Stopped by during a recent cross-country trip. Found the hotel to be adequate. Breakfast was fine. Parking with a trailer can be tight but there is a dirt lot next to hotel that people seem to use. Location is good with Walmart and Texas Roadhouse within walking distance.

I wanted to share my experience here. The people here were the best. Check-in was smooth and the staff seems like they care. I was on a business trip and 500 miles from home. The pool and hot tub were clean and working, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, and bed was great. The breakfast is wonderful, and the coffee was hot and not weak. I had an issue arise with the A/C in my room. It seemed that it was not working correctly. I went to the front desk that morning and talked with Regina (she is so sweet) and told her about the issue, she informed maintenance, and Randy took care of it. It was 107 outside, but when I returned to the room that evening, it was a comfortable 70 degrees. I appreciate the professionalism, compassion and dedication that they showed. I hope my company sends me back again soon. Thanks, for making this trip for me enjoyable.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Came to town on business and had a reservation scheduled. The hotel was unable to honor my reservation. The lady at the desk was not helpful and every hotel was full. Looks like we are driving to Lubbock to find a place to stay. This is great. Thanks so much holiday inn express. You suck.
