Coyote South was such a pleasant surprise. I picked it because it was pet‑friendly, but I wasn’t expecting it to be this clean. Usually when places allow animals, you brace yourself for stains or smells — but everything here was fresh, tidy, and well‑kept.
Breakfast was a highlight: two kinds of breakfast burritos, both delicious. The coyote‑themed décor added a fun, cozy touch, and the price was refreshingly affordable for Santa Fe.
The staff deserves a shout‑out. They were genuinely kind and seemed excited to be there. You know how sometimes you can feel like you’re just part of someone’s long workday? Not here. Their energy made the whole stay feel welcoming.
