I love a historic hotel & The Taos Inn has it all. Vintage architecture but with very comfortable beds and lovely hot showers. Great location and wonderful margaritas. Bonus: live music! A+++

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and were in the Helen building in the back of the complex, which is apparently one of the newer buildings. The room was clean and comfortable, and had the usual amenities. It was quiet most of the time although there was a noticeable pipe clanging throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the city and just a short walk to the plaza. They have live musicians in the lounge every evening, and complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. It’s a bit pricy but not unusual for a tourist destination.
