Advertises, hot tub and pool but the hot tubs didn’t work advertises Internet, but they charge nine dollars a day for Internet. Only timeshare people get freeInternet parking is a little difficult. Location is difficult off the main street. It’s hard to get on In-N-Out rooms are extremely small. The bed goes the wall and folds out into the living room so with the bed down, you have almost no room. The bed is in the living room and the kitchen, the pictures are very deceiving. The water pressure is extremely low. You have to hug the wall almost to get enough water to shower and the hot water runs out after 15 minutes. No breakfast not even a continental only cold cereal literally that is it Cheerios or cocoa puffs, coffee or water that is it nothing else other hotels for this price point have way more options available free Internet, and a little better customer service. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Totally do not recommend this hotel.

Vanessa was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable during my checkin. Katrina was very helpful walking me through WiFi connection. Alfredo was very helpful sharing me places to go around the area. Housekeeping did awesome job in my unit during and after my stay. I am used to do laundry in my room from other RCI stays. I gave overall rating of 4/5 because I'm not comfortable sharing laundry unit outside my room.

The room is very nice. Has a lot of space. Located in a good area of town. Good accommodations. Water pressure is not very strong.
