Coccas Inn And Suites Wolf Road

The staff is pleasant until you ask for a refund for the days I didn’t stay. The hostess and manager got hostile and belligerent with me and said that they would not refund me. So they received 7 days of free money. I will never stay there again and I highly advise people in the future not to stay at this Super 8 in Albany New York on wolf road

Motel in total disrepair, I do not recommend this place.

Public hair , human bodily stains ifykyk and other hairs also smelled like cigar smoke. we got 1 room it was like that then switched rooms and it was even worse. STAY AWAY
