Quality Inn & Suites Airport

Don't stay here unless you are ok with all occupants of the room giving over their driver's licenses to be scanned and then told it was because of the Trump administration that this info was collected. Seems very fishy! Why? What if you don't have ID? Are you screwed? I have stayed in hundreds of Choice Hotels, Quality Inns many times, in many states as a Diamond member and have never been asked to provide my ID as a non paying guest in any of them, but this one. The front desk clerk was rude, obnoxious and very argumentative at responding to my questions. Never been treated this way being a Diamond member. Very disappointed.

My family and I stayed here for a night before leaving on a morning flight. We were under the impression there was a shuttle to the airport, but we were wrong. Not sure if it was our own misunderstanding or if we were misled by "third party" we used to find this place. The third party we paid extra money for the service we thought we were getting. We were told we could leave our car, but it had to be behind the buildings and they would not be responsible for any damage to our car. I did not feel safe leaving my car there, so we decided to drive ourselves to the airport the next morning. Although very clean, I did not feel safe here. We were in a building facing a field/empty lot with no one else around. That is, until 10 pm when we heard a woman and her dog in the next room. We heard every step the dog took and every word she said to the dog. A little later, someone joined her. Not only did I hear them having sex but how much she enjoyed it.

The gentlemen that checked us in is very nice. The room was very modern. The breakfast was good. Typical hot continental breakfast. The establishment is pretty big so you may not stay in the main building but they will accommodate. The bed could be upgraded though. It was ok for a quick stay.
