I should have known why it was so low priced, but soon as I got to the hotel it smelled kinda off. But that doesn’t bother me, the problem was the public. I kept waking up to people screaming and fighting outside or even when people are going to their rooms. There should be like a rule or something when it comes to noise, ex/ hire a security team. But it was good enough to sleep the night so I can’t complain too much and the staff working the night was nice and decent.

My room was spacious and was clean though I brought my own stuff everything was there I would’ve needed for my stay, aside from that the front desk service was great they were so genuine and helpful and respectful. If you don’t smoke and you smell the smoke from someone else’s room you’ll usually only smell it while walking past once your in your room its gone. Pricing is decent for what you’ll get and affordable with no deposit unlike the other hotels, thank you Extended stay team.

I had a reservation at this hotel on July 19th, I went to check in and there was a family in front of me. I noticed that The young lady at the front desk. Was very cold and rude to this family. Then when I came up to the counter and gave her my information, she looked at me and said there may not be a room for you and I said well I booked this a month ago, so there should be a room for me After she did some searching she found my confirmation, my problem with her is doesn’she realize that she is working with the public and WE the people are the ones paying her salary???? I feel if you have to come to work with an attitude like that stay home or don’t look for a job, especially when it comes to working with the public because all you’re doing is giving this company a bad name, Then in the morning before 11 o’clock at check out on July 20th, there was another young lady there with an attitude as well. I will never stay at this hotel again, they lost my business as well as 9 other members in my family!!! I hope this company tries to train their employees how to talk to people and not down to people!!!!
