I got lucky to a room on the 3rd floor, bright light, with a large table, more comfortable than most of the Airbnb I stayed in. I was reluctant to mixed co-ed room but not female only but all roommates has been respectful and kind. parking is super easy. Walking at night depends, mostly safe but I would suggest take a uber or subway. easy access to everything. Front desk staffs are so nice I extended my stay here as I can get more work done. I had allergy to the air conditioning unit, I told the front desk and the second day, it was fixed. weekend rates go up but overall, a great value in NY. I would definitely consider to stay again. Andrew even provided me with a lock to use on the locker so I can borrow for a few days.

Practical reception, friendly, agile and with a wonderful staff. Very large room, all new, clean and with an excellent enxoval; Bathroom looks cleaner than Mommy's house, and also all new. Cosinha in the same standard, seated, well lit, comfortable, with everything necessary and with the same standard of quality. Sensational.
