The 4 pics show the following. Toilette was loose with a lid that doesn’t fit, Mold growing behind the toilet Molding and trim falling off the walls, bits of the popcorn ceiling finish kept falling on the beds. Other issues, Had a hard time getting fresh towels and the towels were the smallest thinnest i had ever seen, bedspread was dirty when we arrived and couldn’t get them to give us s clean one, no ice available. On the plus side, TV and fridge both worked.

My 4th time here but never again due to little customer satisfaction this time . Internet off / on constantly ( told it’s because others are accessing ) soap turned toxic w mold the next morning ( was told it was not their soap cuz they had soap dispensers ( not true) and I was made to feel like I made the soap story up for a free room vs any concern for safety , no coffee pot, blow dryer as it was ripped off wall, Garbage around what could be a beautiful property adjoining woods. Then I asked about a room I potentially needed for 2 additional nights and the manger tried charging me $200.00 a night . There a nice hotel in price range right next door . Plus other places that are competitive and care about the customer! I never EVER complain but don’t stay here . You are not a valued customer , y

We booked two rooms with double beds, two weeks prior to trip to the Falls. After walking ten miles, we headed to the hotel only to be told, they did not have our rooms! They tried to give us one bed per room stating that that is all they had available! In other words, they booked our rooms, probably at an up charge, to someone else!So we ended up driving 3 hours home! We were given no real explanation or compensation. Horrible experience! Would never book at another Red Roof Inn!!!
