Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport Hotel

This hotel is an amazing welcoming place to stay. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by staff at the desk. I was asked if I had ever stayed there before, business or leisure and how could they assist -- friendly and helpful is a super bonus when traveling. I did ask about local stores and restaurants as well as the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel was spotless and the washers and dryers worked well as I had to do laundry while there. Went out to a few local stores to grab some items and decided to eat at the hotel which was a great choice. The food and service was outstanding. Asked for a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Chatted with a few patrons at the bar and everyone noted how this is their place to stay when in Buffalo for a great place to stay, convenient to the airport and ability to get a good meal. They do offer room service if you wish to dine in your room or you can always go down order and take it up to your room. The fitness area was good size and everything was in working order. The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows ensuring a good night of rest. There was minimal noise and although I saw some say it was noisy this was not my experience at all. I was able to work and sleep well after working and being out and about. Unfortunately the fires from Canada caused the second day to be extremely smoky and cloudy but overall it still was a great stay. Will recommend and stay at this hotel in the future when in Buffalo,

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. After a horrific and long airport experience when our flight was first delayed and then cancelled my friends and I struggled to figure out how to get home. Our first hotel call was met with price quotes that made us feel like the hotel was taking advantage of an awful situation. Our efforts to drive were met with an online confirmed car but no availability when we arrived to pick it up. Our call to this hotel, an airport hotel, was met with kind people, reasonable rates, and an available hotel shuttle. The staff greeted us warmly with good information. My room was clean and very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant, much to our surprise, hit the spot; burgers and really well made drinks. I was able to get a very early morning wake up call for my rescheduled flight and getting to the airport on the shuttle was easy. I recommend this hotel highly.

After multiple delays of our American Airlines flight, it was eventually canceled and every passenger was in a panic about making alternate arrangements. Weather was an issue so another flight to Boston was out of the question for the day. We went to Hertz thinking maybe we’d drive and there were no rental cars available. Time for Plan B! We called the Hilton at the airport and had nothing but good experiences at every step of the way. We got the rooms we requested the prices were fair. we were greeted warmly, when we arrived and the rooms are more than adequate. We were hungry, and Heather, our wait person, couldn’t have been more accommodating. The burgers and martinis were well presented, and the chef came around to each table to make sure diners were happy. When we encountered a problem our television, George responded quickly and fixed the problem. We will head back to the airport for 6 AM flight flights tomorrow morning. They provide complementary shurtle service. This is especially convenient given that it is less than a 10 minute ride back to the airport. Top-notch customer friendly service with everyone we met.
