Our car broke down as this was the closest hotel to where we broke down. The front girl at the desk was amazing. She gave us a discount because of our situation. I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in decades. I was pleasantly impressed. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable & modern. We had to stay a second day due to no available cars to rent & the manager on duty the second day was just as amazing & helpful. I’m terrible with remembering names but we stay Valentine day weekend if that helps those two get the much recognition they deserve. The breakfast was amazing & there is a Cracker Barrel next door but about a mile walk because of the snow. I would definitely stay here again. Love this place.

I found this hotel to be very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was really good and the location next to Cracker Barrel was an added bonus. My room was clean and the layout of the rooms is very nice. The VIP of my visit was Haley at the front desk. She was very professional and helpful. Ariana was also very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

First time my husband and I stayed overnight as we travelled from Canada to Florida. Everything fit the bill very well! Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms w everything working, fantastic breakfast buffet, kind and courteous staff, excellent shuttle service even showing us where to go when we return for pickup. Everything was seamless when we returned, shuttle waiting for us at 10:30 pm, dropped us off at our car which was secure. Highly recommend this hotel and would use again.
