We needed a place to stay for the night, as we were visiting friends in the area. The last time we stayed at a place a little down the street, and the experience was AWFUL! So this was a welcome experience. Although the room was not that large, it had everything you could need. Microwave, fridge, television. And the room was very clean, which is something that you don't usually get from roadside inns. We were only here for the night, so it was a perfect little place to hang out. If you were a single person, it would be ideal.

Great place to stay! Well maintained grounds. Rooms were spacious. Love that it is family owned - not a chain! Clean. Beds very comfortable! Shower head a little low but workable. Park right outside private entrance. Feels homey! Will stay here anytime we are near Clarence!

Saw picture on tripadvisor and motel website. Looked nice...but turned out to be owners home. Motel is old drive up small rooms. Needs some updating but has new carpets, comfortable beds, clean. At $89 a bit over priced.
