We flew into New York and drove up to Cortland for a pit stop before jumping the border into Canada the following morning to visit Niagara Falls Ontario. This is our 3rd visit to this Hotel over the past 17 years and once again it didn't disappoint. Great friendly staff, clean well appointed rooms, hot showers, comfy beds and a peaceful nights sleep. The buffet breakfast again hit the spot. Although not a huge choice it has everything a hungry traveler needs to start a day of roadtrippin! Thanks to everyone there for the perfect night's sleep.

You can hear everything through the walls. The next door neighbors and the people in the hall and down the hall. So it wakes you up. We got in really early in the morning 4:00 AM which was nice with digital key but because it wasn’t shared with wife. I was not allowed access to the fitness room with my id alone. I should have been accommodated by the receptionist and it would have spared this bad review even though you can hear everything through the walls. I felt this was very poor service. We drove 17 hrs to get here and I was able to sleep my man wasn’t so I’m not going to wake him up to get the digital key from his phone.
