Very modern looking. Clean and sleek. No restaurant, so be aware. Denny's right across the street with discount for staying here. Close to main small town. For Tesla drivers, supercharger a block away. Room was clean, no smells. Bed a little smaller than normal, but not an issue. I would stay here again.

My 2 night stay was terrible! There is no elevator to help you bring your luggage to the second floor rooms. The second night stay cost over $400 and no one cleaned the room, no one made the beds, and once again there were not enough towels for my family of three. On the first night of our stay, there were only two towels for three of us. When I complained to the front desk twice about this, I was literally handed two garbage bags and towels, and I had to clean my own room. I filed complaints through Expedia, and the hotel said that I had never lodged complaints, which is untrue. I even provided photos. When I posted a review through Expedia, somehow the review was posted as excellent even though I had marked it as poor. Expedia has yet to correct that. Do not stay here.

We stayed for one night and we had everything we needed for the stay. First of all location is very convenient if you visiting SUNY college. Place is renovated, hopefully it'll stay same way. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom had dispensers filled with soap, loation, shower gel and shampoo. Defenetly will consider another stay if needed.
