My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a night due to car troubles we were having at the time. We checked into the hotel at the front desk with a man named Josiah. It was all great at first he took down my information as in checking my ID and going through the payment. The next morning during check out we asked if we could leave our bags behind the desk while we figured out the next steps we needed to take due to car troubles, figuring out if we would stay another night or be able to finally get back home. Before walking out of the building Josiah then quietly pulled me aside to ask me how old I was, even though he asked for my ID and took down all of my information when I checked into the hotel. I told him that I was 18 and he proceeded to say "you have to be 21 and over to stay at this hotel but I won't tell anybody just don't say anything." My girlfriend and I then got into an Uber to the car repair place to check on the status of our car but before we could leave the parking lot Josiah came running out with our backpack that he said we could leave behind the desk. He handed my girlfriend the backpack then slammed the car door and walked away. When we arrived back to the hotel Josiah once again had something to say to us. He said we had to leave and couldn't be there anymore. Then told us that we needed to "take our sh*t" and leave. Proceeded to get on the phone with my father and tell him my girlfriend was lying about being 20 years old and that we are both 18, which isn't true at all. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at for the night which has much better service and great employees. The stay at the hotel would have been amazing if only Josiah wasn't working there. He knew we needed be to 21 or older to be staying there so when he checked my ID he should have turned us away that very moment instead of letting us stay a night and then saying something the next day. Josiah should not be working at this hotel or any hotel at all. He is the reason the stay was so bad.

I booked a late reservation, and I had a few special requests that were accommodated by the front desk team. given my Marriott status the front desk manager ( Collins Carraya) upgraded my room which was very nice as I arrived a bit later than planned. The room was perfect, clean, quite quiet for being between a main road and the airport. I woke up late, went to the lobby for breakfast but I was informed it was past the serving time, however a lovely woman named ( Gracia) offered me what she could from fresh fruit to, yogurt and any pastry they had available. I travel often and continue to use Marriott hotels for reasons like this. The team is friendly, no request is too big for them, and they try their best to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean, the costs are well below other chains that I would never use again.

Rough around the edges. Overall needs an update like so many other Townplace properties. If you’re stuck paying $595 per night you’ll be very disappointed. The summer rates are obscene to say the least. No shuttle service even though vans are parked behind the property. They were nice about an early check in but shaved an hour off the late check out time usually given to Bonvoy elites. Didn’t experience noise issues with a room facing the airport.
