HAMPTON INN - SUITES FARMINGTO

A group of 9 of us stayed there 12-14 Aug while fishing the San Juan River. Couldn’t have been nicer. From the front desk folks to the very nice lady working the kitchen they always had smiles and couldn’t have been more helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms After i left the manager contacted me today i’d left my VN service hat in my room. Just asked where i wanted it sent. No charge. Doesn’t get much better than this. Thanks for making this a pleasantly memorable trip. PS, I caught the biggest trout and won the trophy! Sweet!

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had from Hilton related hotel. Unfortunately, in planning our Midwest trip, I found a Hilton related hotel in Farmington where we were hiking. If you are hiltonhonors, keep going to St. Louis. When I checked in at 8:45 PM, I waited at the front desk for more than 15 minutes for someone to come check me in. I called the hotel and the phone simply rang. Finally, someone came in to check us in saying she had been in the laundry. She then tells us there is no hot water. Now that it is after 9:00, I really don't want to drive another hour, plus I figure after hiking all day how bad could a cold shower be. We get the room and the key doesn't work, but when we do finally get in, the AC was not on for the 3rd floor room. I regret staying so I want to forewarn you in your planning, keep going to St. Louis.

Nice clean hotel, our room was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, very good breakfast, excellent coffee and very friendly staff. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
