Comfort Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Located about 15 min. from Greater Pittsburgh Airport, this Quality inn offers free parking for an overnight stay with a free shuttle service starting at 3:40 in the morning. This is a no frills place and it is starting to show its age. However, for an overnight stay with free parking, it was well worth the price. There is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem, ask for a 1st floor room.

This is a good place to sleep before our flight since we live far away and was taking an early flight. We can leave our car here and take shuttle to/from the hotel/airport. They have a continental breakfast, but if your flight is earlier (like 6:00 am) you don’t get any hot food, just cold. So no waffles or eggs etc. Rooms are adequate. Just be careful in the shower as the bathtub was very slippery.

This place is horrible. Do not stay here. The room had a horrible musty smell. The whole place is shady. Paint and wallpaper peeling. The carpet was so dirty, I didn't want to take my shoes off. The transport to the airport was fine, even though we had to stop at 3 different hotels before arriving at the airport. The transport back was horrible. We had to wait for an hour, and there was a group of about 15 people waiting as well. Im sure they had to wait an additional hour for their transport. Never staying here again.
