STOP - read all the 1-star reviews. NOTE: how many, months apart state that the ONLY elevator was broken. This is an ongoing issue per another guest that stays often, she knows of 4 other times and it is not a very old building. The staff do not care that it is inconvenient, they will make it very clear that it is more trouble for them and will be told to leave if you don't like it. NOTE: How many state that there is no soundproofing from other floors, rooms and even road noise; and that the pancake maker is broken or no mix. Also, I had to ask multiple times two days in a row to get soap in the shower. Worst customer service I have ever had in "hospitality".

This hotel was very clean, and modern with an excellent breakfast. We were checked in by Nick, as professional and helpful as possible. Again a superior stay.

I stayed there and the local police were doing a sting in the room next to me for drugs or drug buying , they were loud, like 25 ppl in the room. After dinner the front desk agent Chris tried to enter my room asking me if he could talk to me in my room privatly, i refused. I spoke to the manager named HARSH PATEL, he was a real idiot. no GRACIAS, AND IT WAS HOT , COLD, DAMP TERRIBLE , WALLS SO THIN I HEARD EVERYTHING THE COPS SAID.
