Magnuson Hotel Fishkill

Terrible experience. No hot water. Breakfast cold. Staff unwilling or unable to address. Location was fine. Room was very small. Refrigerator didn’t work

The staff was very polite, professional, efficient, and kind. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was perfect.

The lobby left a lot to be desired. The elevator sounded like it was going to break and my key card did not work properly.
