CASABLANCA HOTEL BY HKHOTELS

I had wanted to stay at the Casablanca hotel ever since visiting friends who stayed there. I loved the atmosphere and the Moroccan decor at "Rick's Bar". Though a bit above my usual price range, I found the hotel to be welcoming, the decor fun, the room (single) good (not as highly decorated as larger rooms), the bathroom excellent and enough room to move around in and open my suitcase, something that single rooms do not always provide. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The "continental breakfast" was varied and beyond what many hotels provide as a "continental breakfast". Having Rick's Bar open at all hours with snacks offered a delightful place to relax. My only criticism, having since visited Morocco, I would suggest more decorations that are Moroccan.

Loved every minute, of our stay. The staff, from all the guys at the front desk (especially Johan and BIG Ben) to Martin in housekeeping and Maria in Rick’s Café. It was brilliant throughout the week. A little disappointed that there is no Gym access anymore and that the cheese and wine in the early evening has gone (it was a good time to chat with other guests.) It seems covid ended all that. Would 100% stay again, the location is great for accessing all areas. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Most polite staff, very helpful with questions /advice. Breakfast attendants were so great as well! Absolutely beautiful hotel! Location could not be better if visiting Times Square. Parking next door was seem less, we will return!
