Absolutely terrible. We were due to stay there on Thursday (today is Tuesday) before our flight back to the U.K. I received and email today advising that make by booking had been cancelled. When I called the hotel I was told “The hotel isn’t a hotel anymore and I should call whoever I made the booking with for a refund, which was Wyndham. I called Wyndham who didn’t have a clue about the hotel or the reservation but did offer to come back to me in a week! Absolutely shocking customer service and I’ll be sticking with Marriott, Hilton, Accor or IHG in the future, certainly not Wyndham.

We went to our daughter’s St Johns Graduation. Booked double room but got a single bed in a SMALL room. Room was clean. Front desk VACANT. Took forever for someone to come check us in. Parking was HORRIBLE. Neighborhood QUESTIONABLE. Looked like we were surrounded by Chop Shops. Abandoned/damaged vehicles surrounded the building and area. No restaurants. Breakfast was not worth the time.

This days inn was the worst I've ever seen ... they give them all a bad name. The inside was dirty . The ours was dirty. Everything was broke and looked as if some crack head tried to fix it . This place ruined my vacation.
