Ashvin & Taishla at the front desk are consistently outstanding! I volunteer at EWR airport and park at the hotel. They're always welcoming, professional, and helpful making the process quick and pleasant every time! Their kindness and exceptional customer service are part of why I enjoy returning! Nice rooms. Lobby bar had great food, and good service! Only thing holding it back from "5 Stars" is that they were understaffed at the restaurant. Overall, friendly staff.

Hotel manager or special Hilton employee -Taishla stuck a large green sticker on my rental car while I was checking in that indicated where I parked was illegal! Within 10 minutes of checking in and putting my bags in my room the sticker was on my car. I went in to show employees that I was parked in a safe correct parking spot as there were 3 other cars there as well. I walked out with Taishla to show her where I parked and she said that she was the one that told them to tow me, I asked about the other three cars parked in the same place and she said one car was hers and others were ok to be there? I guess she was more important then the customers 20 years of staying there doing same thing and was told I should have parked in the long term parking so her car wouldn’t old have more room to pull out!! Lost my business forever!! I hope upper management corrects the situation with privileged employees!!
