We stayed at the Chelsea Savoy Hotel in June 2026 and we are delighted. Hotel very well situated: the subway is a 2-minute walk, breakfast is included: several varieties of muffins that are excellent! Bagels, jam, butter... chocolate, coffee, or tea; there is a microwave to heat the breakfast drinks. Spacious room and comfortable bedding, the sheets are changed every day. Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, mini fridge under the desk. We were on the 6th floor and we greatly thank Léna, the housekeeper on the 6th floor, who was lovely and attentive to us. She will certainly remember the two sisters from the 6th floor! The only downside is the soundproofing of the room facing the street, but after a day of walking, we still managed to sleep! The staff at the reception is friendly and professional. In short, if we had to return, I would choose this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is well located in Chelsea, is spacious and the check-in service was all right. We picked up with breakfast and it is quite simple, only bagels and muffins to eat, coffee and tea to drink. But overall, the hotel is excellent for sleeping as it is near the metro and several attractions nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a little outdated for sure but the friendly staff more than makes up for it. From the front desk staff, the bellman and cleaning staff. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and welcoming. The luggage storage before and after checking in was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, near a cute liquor store that offered samples, a neighborhood market and a Whole Foods which was great for saving some money as well. We will definitely stay here again.
