Hotel Indigo NYC Chelsea

Had to cancel my business trip, and Tomas, the hotel manager was extremely gracious and understanding of the situation. The process was hassle free.

The location of the hotel is very good as you have two metro stations and many tourist and shopping places nearby. There are nearby fast food and takeout options. The friendliness of the gentleman who prepares breakfast makes you start the day with good music, smiles, and delicious food. The kindness of the entire team at any hour is a 10.

Hotel from the start was a massive disappointment. Booked a delux king and were told our room had been allocated to someone else as we didn’t check in early enough. Took. Was dirty,,toilet wouldn’t flush, t.v not working,,no hairdryer.osier cups form coffee, no water supplied. Air con hit and miss, windows wouldn’t open. This hotel is a disgrace. Please do not book if you expect any luxuries.
