LaGuardia Airport Hotel

Took 2 hours to get the heat up to 70 degrees. Exposed wiring in hotel room. No hot water. Had to run the water on hot for 30+ minutes to get it luke warm. Had to request iron 2 separate times. Was brought an iron covered in black guck. Contacted management and did not get response. Giving 2 stars for NBA jam in the lobby.

The walls are paper thin. We heard every cough, sneeze, fart, and conversation throughout the entire night. We did not sleep as we were woken up constantly by our hacking neighbor. If someone needed to put the bathroom light on - it shined into the area with the beds. This was a weird design flaw. My son woke up with a swollen eye - some type of allergic reaction (pillows did smell weird). We con confidently say - we will not be returning.

I traveled to New York and landed at LaGuardia airport. The hotel is within a few minutes from the airport. It’s also within walking distance if you land in terminal C. They have a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, which is also very convenient. Upon arrival at this hotel, I was amazed at how clean, beautiful with such a great smell. The aesthetics were upbeat and modern with welcoming colors and great vibes. There is also a WXYZ Bar, which is welcoming for those who like adult beverages. There’s a restaurant which is absolutely delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The staff was amazing. Very kind and willing to make sure you’re satisfied. The rooms are sized perfectly. They’re not crackerjack boxes like some of the other hotels in downtown Manhattan. Since it was two of us, we received a king size room which was sizeable and they allowed an early check in. It was also very comfortable and housekeeping seemed to work around the clock to make sure that you have everything that you need. The hotel is very secure as you have to use your key card to gain entry into the lobby and onto the floors of the hotel. We used Uber often, which was very convenient also. I would give this hotel the highest rating of any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at in New York and I’ve stayed at many. I would highly recommend this hotel and from now on this will be the number one choice when visiting New York City.
