Manhattan Centre Hotel

This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel and it will be the hotel I will stay at while visiting NYC. Everything was great. One employee stands out. His name was Mohammed. He was outstanding when I needed some items. I really apprecaited his kindness and hospitality.

This hotel might be one of the worst I’ve stayed at in NYC. I want to start by saying the staff is great. Kind, funny, and responsive. However, it is a seriously neglected Hilton property that was dirty and dingy. Broken furniture in the room, shower mold, dark and dirty hallways. Bed worn. Holes in sheets. I know most midtown hotels are a gamble, but wow. Never again!

Mohammed was excellent recieving us , the room was clean , great view … great location
