The Empire hotel

Good location: conveniently located near transportation, restaurants, cafes, and the Lincoln Center. Clean. However, the rooms need updating: with all the money they charge, I am sure they can improve the room and hall quality.

This is a classy place! Love the location. Easy to get into Central Park and fun restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed and great decor. Highly recommend the Empire when in NYC. Big shoutout to Haileny who helped me get situated and made me feel right at home, much appreciated!

Pasquale and George were super helpful when we had an issue in our room. They dealt with it quickly and made sure we didn’t have any lost time on our holiday. Both were lovely to deal with and a credit to the hotel.
