One thing for sure, two things for certain the people were somewhat friendly the young lady who checked me in did have difficulties checking me in because my dad did not activate his card that I had on file but when we figured that out check in went smooth with no problems after that, it’s fairly clean so we thought when we got here on Friday July 3, but the same night myself and my 10 year-old pulled back the covers to get into the bed that looked very comfortable found dirty socks so that indicated to me that neither bed was changed we adjoining rooms 209 & 211. I just totally felt disgusted myself and my 10-year-old had a shower again Went downstairs to the front desk. Of course the young lady on that night had to come up and at 1:22a.m. change our sheets and pillowcases, but she didn’t have a blanket for the second bed so it was kind of chilly all night the next morning Saturday, July 4th 20 26 rooms never got refreshed and we asked several Times we had adjoining rooms. We were in one getting ourselves ready they could’ve cleaned the other, but that didn’t happen they said they would do. It came and it was still the same. most likely we won’t be stay there again, but you get what you pay for.

Clean and spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, quiet, free parking, breakfast was continental, extremely convenient to downtown Geneva. Highly recommend!
