Last minute reservation on our way home from a long trip. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Upon check in, we were told there was a big crock of soup, cookies and water, all complimentary. That in itself was great, as we were tired after driving all day. Then when we took our dog out, we were given a wonderful treat bag for him, which he absolutely loved. Breakfast was standard, but very good. We will definitely return to this location…clean, comfortable, friendly, and the extra touches were awesome,

Our one-night stay in Hamburg was merely a stop-over as we drove toward our vacation spot. I chose HIE more based on location and the hotel chain we often book as we travel than anything else. We were so glad this particular HIE was remarkable. In addition to a wonderful room with very comfortable bedding and a spacious set-up, this HIE also provided a great breakfast. We specifically appreciated the fresh fruit and variety of sweet and savory items. Two types of omelets were followed by scrambled eggs, and my husband loved the traditional cinnamon rolls. My only complaint about HIEs in general seems to be the move to all Dove products in the bathroom. I've learned to travel with my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap because Dove makes me itch. I don't have trouble with any other brand so that's disheartening. We plan on making this same trip every other year, and we will be booking this specific HIE as our half-way stop-over. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Clean rooms. Good free breakfast. But staff super friendly. Hotel was packed for Bills game. But was very quiet. Slept well after 6 hours driving. Easy friendly check in too. Only complaint if you could consider it is the shower had a dent in floor. I am sure it was probably caused by a guest and not cost effective to replace tub. Overall a good experience.
