From the moment we walked in and the messy lobby smelled like stale cigarettes, we were questioning our choice. We were given a room on the first floor of the building that had a secured entrance. Our room reeked of old cigarettes, the carpet was sketchy, but the bathroom was clean, it looked like the sheets had been changed, and the AC worked. We seriously considered leaving but decided that since it was just one night and the building had a secured entrance, we would stay. We did, however, have a much higher concern for our safety than we have had in a hotel in years. During the night, we could hear the people upstairs (they weren’t excessively loud, but it was easy to hear footsteps) and since we were on the road side of the building, our beds would shake when a large truck came down the road. One of the beds had a spring sticking out of the top.

I'm fine with no-frills, but this place was nasty. Dirty bathroom floor and bedroom room carpet showed they had not fully cleaned the floors (at best). I think the sheets were clean, but blankets did not look clean. I could hear my neighbor's TV running all night, and could smell when he took a smoke. Continental breakfast was truly a joke - some bagels in bags, a toaster, a giant jar of peanut butter. Not even coffee or tea that I could see. Honestly, I did not feel entirely safe here and would not stay here again, no matter the price.

CONS: TOILET Filthy/BATHTUB dirty The floors poorly vacuumed. Stains on carpet definitely don’t rug shampoo No WiFi except through television very inadequate PROS: Location Front desk personnel average Price is below average The minimum I expect is cleanliness. This COMPLETELY FAILED! I was given an upgraded room. I cannot even begin to imagine a standard room. WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANYONE STAYING HERE The property is dated. That is not a big deal to me but many people want updated.
