Clarion Inn & Suites at the Outlets of Lake George

clean...very quiet...check in swift; let us in at 230pm since we'd gotten into town earlier than expected...huge room...all things worked and quiet night...good breakfast assortment; coffee good

We really appreciated the week spent at this well located Hotel, right in the middle of all Lake George area attractions. The check-in was smooth and easy. The first night we had a king room with a balcony. The next morning we had a problem with the shower tap that could not be fixed. We advised front desk of the problem and we were switched to another room nearby on the same floor without any problem. The rooms were recently renovated and the beds are comfortable. The room attendants are doing an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless. After a couple of days we were recognized by all the staff, including reception desk, room attendants, maintenance staff, the man in charge of the breakfast room, who always greeted us with a friendly hello and smile. They all seem to be very happy to work there, and their attitude reflects on the guests. You feel safe, comfortable and almost being at home. Also it is a quiet hotel. You seldom hear a noise or a door banging. We also really enjoyed, every day, the interior pool area with a hot tub. There is an outdoor terrace with chairs and tables adjacent to the pool. I used the small gym to do a few minutes of treadmill every day, just like at home. Every morning we had a good complimentary breakfast. It is a basic cold breakfast but with a large choice of different bagels and muffins, cereals and yogurt. Again we had a great week and we would definitely return. Again, many thanks to all members of the staff for their good work. Special thanks to Kartik and Kate who contributed to make our stay even more enjoyable.
