Amazing staff! They went above and beyond in every way to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! They assisted us with carrying our bags and a difficult parking situation as we were towing a boat. Johvanna, Namania went above and beyond to assist us! Keith is doing an amazing job managing the opening of the renovated Hotel and caring for his guests and staff!!

We stayed here a few years back when it was the pines inn. We could now beleive how much the place has changed, the renovation looks amazing and we loved every part of the new rooms. The greatroom is a great place to work.

I go to placid a lot and this is a Great new (old) hotel, the nice couple at front desk said it's 100 years old and the just recently reopened. It looks brand new! Beds and shampoos are awesome We walked to town so didn't have to worry about parking. I'll be back!! 10/10
