I’ve stayed here probably 10 times but our recent stay did not go well. Not enough coffee and supplies in the room (twice in 10 days), no sit down breakfast (buffet unexpectedly), husband not offered dinner specials (which he would have chosen and he heard while eating his dinner), and issues with pending double charges (corrected a few days later). We chose to stay here in the past because of the now closed Albany Park, Ride and Fly a short walk away. Rather than drive home after a late flight we enjoyed a nice fresh sit down breakfast. Very disappointed this stay!

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. The bar/restaurant is very good especially for the small size of the hotel — although the bartender was inattentive. I’ll stay here again.

I was looking forward to our brief stay at the Tapestry Collection at the Albany Airport. The person who helped me with the reservation was extremely nice and the hotel looked new on line. We decided to stay there as my daughter had a 5 am flight and we wanted to be able to get a good nights rest and quickly access the airport in the morning. We arrived at around 9 pm anxious to get cleaned up and get to sleep. First thing I did when we got to our room was to wash my face and hands . The sink immediately filled up with water and did not drain properly. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room with a functioning drain. The clerk was rude and instead of changing our room he insisted on pouring drain cleaner down the drain and then we had to wait 20 minutes to try it again. It would have been much more welcoming if he had changed our room so we could get to bed and rest for our early flight. The front desk stated the hotel was full. I am sure there was at least one room where the folks had not checked in yet based on the number of available parking spots in the parking lot. He then could have cleared the drain before the next set of quests arrived. I sent a letter of complaint to the manager but received no response.
