great staff very excellent communication very clean and polite and hard working and property is great shape and rooms are kept up on when ever u need something they get it right away for u and the staff love dogs very friendly for anyone with dogs

I will affirm the other negative reviews of this hotel. It is a run down, aging, cheap hotel. They advertise breakfast, but did not provide it. The bathrooms are desperately in need of an upgrade, as is the rest of the hotel. The TV package was analog only and had a very limited selection. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as well. I urge you to stay elsewhere.

Oh my goodness what a place....the lobby was old and dirty (i should have left then). The women behind desk was rude yelled at us when we asked for an extra blanket. The room was disgusting dirty and tv didn't work. I didn't want to sit on bed. There was an odor. We left after 15 minutes asked for a refund of course wretched lady behind desk gave us a hard time. I wouldn't recommend this place to a lost dog.
